Each Chef will feature a dish inspired by their heritage. The presentation and the story-telling of the dish adds a modern day honor.
Many of the Chefs own restaurants or are the executive Chef at an establishment in Michigan. Some of the establishments will offer the dish during a particular day.
THE PEOPLEThe exhibition features the Chefs as Designers in Culinary Arts. They must include Design in their final product.
