BACKGROUND: Biodesign

To know how to best care for our planet, we need to look no further than our planet’s perfect design: balanced, complete, healing, functional. Design works best when focussing on these same goals which is where biodesign comes from. Based in biomimicry (example: sharkskin = wetsuit material), design can both serve people AND planet. A driving force at MM-O-DD is to be a champion of sustainability; this is best done when designed with inspiration from nature.
